At Lite Wholesale, we understand that sometimes purchases don’t meet your expectations. Our Return/Refund Policy is designed to provide you with a hassle-free way to return products.

    You have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return the item is accepted only for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
  2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are unavailable for returns including:

    • Personalised or customised products.
    • Perishable goods or consumable products like food or flowers or Downloadable software or digital products.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service via email at support@litewholesale.co.uk.Include your order number and the reason for the return. Include any photos that may be relevant to the process. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and further instructions.

  1. Shipping Charges
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend tracking your return shipment for your records.
  2. Refund Timeline
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
  3. Exchanges
    If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.

Defective Products:

Defective Products ( Damages and issues )

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. For Our Defective products the return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee is £0.00 and the Re-stocking fee is £0.00.

Customer Remorse

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item that you purchased is by mistake or is incorrect item. If you have customer remorse, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping.

Cancellation Policy

You may ask us to cancel your order if we have yet to dispatch the order. Please know we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. You should consider returning it after delivery.
